fa شناسایی مؤلفه های کاربست توسعه تعلیم وتربیت در قلمرو مدارس ایران: یک مطالعه کیفی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA">تعلیم و تربیت مبتنی بر توسعه اثربخش، نقش بی&shy;بدیلی در بهبود کیفیت مدارس دارد<span style="background:white"><span style="color:black">، لذا شناسایی مؤلفه های کاربست توسعه تعلیم و تربیت می تواند نقش مهمی در کیفیت بخشی به آموزش در سطح ملی ایفا کند.</span></span> بر همین اساس پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی مؤلفه های کاربست توسعه تعلیم و تربیت در قلمرو مدارس ایران طراحی شد. رویکرد پژوهش، کیفی از نوع پدیدارشناسی بود و داده های مطالعه با استفاده از مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته صورت گرفت. مشارکت کنندگان پژوهش شامل معلمان مدارس بود که از بین آنها دوازده نفربا نمونه&shy;گیری هدفمند تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری انتخاب شدند. داده ها با تکنیک تحلیل مضمون تجزیه و تحلیل شد. یافته ها استخراج شده مبتنی بر مصاحبه ها نشان داد که مؤلفه های کاربست توسعه تعلیم وتربیت در قلمرو مدارس ایران مستلزم توجه به سه مقوله اصلی شامل مقوله انسانی، آموزشی و مدیریتی و پانزده مقوله فرعی است.</span></span></span></span></span></span><p></p></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span sans-serif=""><span new="" roman="" times="">Effective development-based education plays an indispensable role in improving the quality of schools, so identifying the components of educational development practice can play an important role in improving the quality of education at the national level. Accordingly, the present study was designed with the aim of identifying the components of educational development practice in Iranian schools. The research approach was qualitative, phenomenological, and the study data was collected using semi-structured interviews. The research participants included school teachers, from whom twelve were selected through purposive sampling until theoretical saturation was reached. The data were analyzed using the content analysis technique.
