Policy Open Access Statement

The Journal of Childhood Health and Education is a fully open-access journal. All articles published in the journal are immediately and permanently available online without subscription, registration, or access fees. Readers may freely access, read, download, copy, share, and use the published articles in accordance with the journal’s licensing policy.
The Journal of Childhood Health and Education is published by the Scientific Association of Preschool Children Studies of Iran.
Licensing Policy
All articles published in the Journal of Childhood Health and Education are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0). Under this license, users are permitted to:

Authors’ Rights
Authors retain copyright and publishing rights to their articles without unnecessary restrictions.
Authors may:
Share the submitted, accepted, or published version of their article;
Deposit the article in an institutional, subject-based, or personal repository;
Publish the article on their personal or institutional website;
Use the article for teaching, lectures, presentations, and educational activities;
Include the article in a thesis or dissertation;
Distribute copies of the article to colleagues or students;
Reuse figures, tables, data, or excerpts from the article in future works;
Expand the article into a book chapter or academic book;
Use the article and its findings in subsequent research and
Create derivative academic works based on the article.
When reusing or distributing the published article, authors should acknowledge its original publication in the Journal of Childhood Health and Education and provide the complete bibliographic citation and DOI, where available.
Authors do not need to obtain additional permission from the journal for these uses.
Journal and Publisher Rights
The authors grant the Journal of Childhood Health and Education and its publisher, the Scientific Association of Preschool Children Studies of Iran, a non-exclusive license to:

Third-Party Material
Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce copyrighted material, including figures, tables, photographs, questionnaires, illustrations, or substantial excerpts, that is not covered by an applicable exception or limitation.
Any third-party material that is not covered by the article’s CC BY-NC 4.0 license must be clearly identified through an appropriate copyright notice or credit line.
Originality and Exclusive Submission
By submitting a manuscript to the Journal of Childhood Health and Education, the authors confirm that:
The manuscript is original;
It has not previously been formally published, except where permitted under the journal’s policies concerning preprints, conference abstracts, theses, or dissertations;
It is not simultaneously under consideration by another journal;
All listed authors have approved the manuscript and its submission and
All authors agree with the journal’s editorial, copyright, and licensing policies.
Simultaneous submission of the same manuscript to more than one journal is not permitted.
Once an article has been published, its access, sharing, and reuse are governed by the CC BY-NC 4.0 license.
This submission requirement does not impose additional restrictions on uses permitted under that license.
Website Copyright
The copyright policy described above applies to individual articles published in the Journal of Childhood Health and Education.
Copyright in the journal’s website design, logo, trademarks, branding elements, and administrative content belongs to the Journal of Childhood Health and Education or the Scientific Association of Preschool Children Studies of Iran, unless otherwise stated.
Copyright relating to the website and its branding does not restrict the use or reuse of published articles under the CC BY-NC 4.0 license.
Publication Ethics
The Journal of Childhood Health and Education follows internationally accepted principles of publication ethics and handles ethical concerns in accordance with the guidelines and core practices of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
The journal’s publication ethics policies do not modify or impose additional restrictions on permissions granted under the CC BY-NC 4.0 license.

All content published in the Information Science Quarterly is copyrighted by the journal and is made freely available under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) License.

Information Science Quarterly is published under the auspices of the Scientific Association of Preschool Children Studies of Iran and fully adheres to the principles of open-access publishing as defined by the Bethesda Statement on Open Access Publishing (June 20, 2003). Under the CC BY 4.0 license, users are free to copy, distribute, transmit, adapt, and build upon the published work for any lawful purpose, including commercial use, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and the source, a link to the license is provided, and any modifications are clearly indicated.

Journal Law

Authors are required to confirm that their manuscript has not been previously published (except as an abstract, conference presentation, or thesis/dissertation) and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
