fa زبان شناسی قانونی در حمایت از حقوق زبانی کودکان LEGAL LINGUISTICS IN SUPPORT OF CHILDREN’S LINGUISTIC RIGHTS تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه و هدف: مقاله حاضر به بررسی رعایت حقوق زبانی کودکان اقلیت زبانی و بومی زبان ازمجرای زبانشناسی قانونی تدوین که در تناظر با معاهدات بین المللی بوده و توانسته عادلانه ایفای نقش در این زمینه نماید. روش پژوهش: روش مورد نظر در مقاله حاضر بصورت تحلیلی، توضیحی و تفسیری به انضمام تبیینی می باشد روش تحقیق مورد استفاده درآن از نوع همبستگی می باشدکه رابطه بین کمرنگی و پررنگی حقوق زبانی را در تناسب بامعاهدات بین المللی در خصوص اهمیت زبان و حق ادای آن که در طی ادوار گوناگون تاریخی تاکنون بدان ها اشاره شده است، تبیین می نماید. گردآوری اطلاعات  صرفا از طریق مطالعات کتابخانه ای و پایگاه های  اینترنتی معتبرمی باشدکه تنها بامطالعه وتحقیق نسبت به منابع موجود میسرمی گردد و ابزار گردآوری درآن، فیش تحقیقاتی است. یافته‌ها: نتایج حاصل ازمقاله حاضر نشانگر این می باشدکه بایستی در رسانه های جمعی و در کشور های مختلف درکنار زبان اول، زبان دوم را از زبان اقلیت های زبانی و کودکان بومی گرته برداری نمود تا انقراض زبان آنان به لحاظ ارزشی از بین نرود و درحیطه کاربردی استفاده صحیح از آن گردد. نتیجه‌گیری: طبق ماده 12 کنوانسیون حقوق کودک باید کودک آزادی اجتماعی را در استفاده از زبان اقلیتی و بومی خود داشته باشد تا بتواند در محاکم قضایی و.... عقاید خود را بطور صحیح و با حق زبانی خود ادا نماید و احقاق حقوق کودک در این زمینه صورت پذیرد. در نهایت زبان شناسی قضایی می تواند کودک را در حفظ و صیانت از حقوق زبانی اکثریتی و حتی اقلیتی خود کمک تا احقاق حق محقق گردد و بهینگی حاصل شود</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background and Aim: This article examines the observance of the linguistic rights of children of the linguistic minority and native speakers through legal linguistics, which is in accordance with international treaties and has been able to play a fair role in this field. Methods: The research method used in it is correlation type, which explains the relationship between language rights in accordance with the international treaties regarding the importance of language and its rights, which have been mentioned in various historical periods so far. The collection of information is only through library studies and valid internet bases, which can only be obtained by studying and researching the available sources, and the collection tool is the research sheet. Results: The results of this article indicate that in mass media and in different countries, in addition to the first language, the second language should be removed from the language of linguistic minorities and native children so that the extinction of their language does not disappear in terms of value and in the area It should be used correctly. Conclusion: The current conclusion is that according to Article 12 of the Convention on the Rights of the Child, the child must have social freedom in using his minority and native language so that he can express his opinions correctly and with the right to speak in the courts. He should fulfill himself and fulfill the rights of the child in this field.
