fa محاسبه نقطه برش و حساسیت غربالگر مشکلات یادگیری نوآموزان پیش‌دبستانی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:black"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#002060"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">با توجه به اهمیت ارائه خدمات توان‌بخشی شناختی به نوآموزان در معرض مشکلات یادگیری پیش از ورود به دبستان، هدف این پژوهش محاسبه نقطه برش و حساسیت غربالگر مشکلات یادگیری نوآموزان پیش‌دبستانی در دامنه سنی 5 تا 6/5 سال است. </span><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#002060">روش پژوهش:</span></span></b><span lang="AR-SA"> این مطالعه یک پژوهش کاربردی با روش پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه نوآموزان پیش‌دبستانی در پنج استان خراسان رضوی، تهران، البرز، اصفهان و فارس بود که ازاین‌میان، نمونه‌ای به حجم 250 نفر (125 نفر دارای مشکلات یادگیری و 125 نفر فاقد مشکلات یادگیری) با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شد. برآورد حجم نمونه براساس تحلیل منحنی</span> <span dir="LTR">ROC </span><span lang="AR-SA">و با هدف دستیابی به حساسیت و ویژگی مطلوب انجام شد. ابزار پژوهش، چک‌لیست غربالگری مشکلات یادگیری نوآموزان پیش‌دبستانی (یعقوب‌نژاد، 2023) بود. تحلیل داده‌ها در نرم‌افزار</span> <span dir="LTR">SPSS </span><span lang="AR-SA">نسخه ۲۶ با استفاده از منحنی</span> <span dir="LTR">ROC </span><span lang="AR-SA">برای تعیین نقطه برش و شاخص‌های حساسیت و ویژگی انجام شد. مفروضه‌های نرمال بودن توزیع داده‌ها (آزمون کولموگروف_-اسمیرنوف) و همگنی واریانس (آزمون لوین) پیش از تحلیل، تأیید شد</span><span dir="LTR">.</span> <b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#002060">یافته‌ها:</span></span></b><span lang="AR-SA"> نقطه برش بهینه 12/5 با حساسیت 0/992 و ویژگی0/992 تعیین شد. مساحت زیر منحنی</span> <span dir="LTR">ROC </span><span lang="AR-SA">برابر با ۱ بود که نشان‌دهنده عملکرد ایده‌ئال ابزار در تشخیص نوآموزان در معرض خطر است</span><span dir="LTR">.</span> <b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#002060">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></b><span lang="AR-SA">غربالگر طراحی‌شده با تمرکز بر فرایندهای شناختی زیربنایی، ابزاری کارآمد برای شناسایی زودهنگام مشکلات یادگیری پیش از ورود به دبستان است.</span> <span lang="AR-SA">استفاده از این ابزار می‌تواند از شکست‌های تحصیلی آینده پیشگیری کرده و بستری برای طراحی مداخلات بهنگام فراهم کند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:black"><span style="color:#002060">Background and Aim:</span> Given the importance of providing cognitive rehabilitation services to preschoolers at risk of learning difficulties before elementary school, the present study aimed to calculate the cut-off point and sensitivity of the screening tool for learning difficulties in preschoolers aged 5 to 6.5 years. <span style="color:#002060">Research Methods</span>: This study followed the protocols of applied research with a survey method. The statistical population was all preschoolers in the five provinces of Iran, from which a sample of 250 people (125 with learning difficulties and 125 without learning difficulties) was selected using a purposive sampling method. The Preschoolers&#39; Learning Difficulties Screening Checklist was used to collect the required data, and the obtained data were then analyzed using SPSS (version 26) software and the ROC curve. <span style="color:#002060">Results</span>: The optimal cutoff point was determined to be 5.12 with a sensitivity of 0.992 and a specificity of 0.992. The area under the ROC curve was equal to 1, indicating the ideal performance of the tool in identifying at-risk learners. <span style="color:#002060">Discussions</span>: The designed screener, focusing on underlying cognitive processes, is an efficient tool for early identification of learning problems before entering elementary school.
