fa بررسی مقایسه ای رضایت زناشویی و مهارت های ارتباطی در والدین کودکان مبتلا به اتیسم و عادی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">زمینه و هدف: </span></b><span lang="FA">باتوجه به اینکه </span><span lang="AR-SA">خانواده‌های دارای کودک مبتلا به اختلال اتیسم، با چالش‌های خاصی اعم از تخصیص زمان زیاد برای تربیت و نگهداری کودک، صرف هزینه‌های بالای مربوط به درمان، تنش و استرس والدینی مواجه هستند و نیز نقش بسزای اختلال طیف اتیسم در رضایت زناشویی و مهارت های ارتباطی والدین و کمبود پژوهش ها در این حوزه، پژوهش حاضر با هدف </span><span lang="FA">بررسی مقایسه‌ای رضایت زناشویی و مهارت های ارتباطی والدین کودکان مبتلا به اتیسم و عادی انجام شد.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">روش پژوهش: </span></b><span lang="AR-SA">پژوهش حاضر از نوع پس رویدادی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر، والدین دارای کودک مبتلا به اتیسم در مرکز اُتیسم سینا قزوین بود. با روش نمونه گیری در دسترس 44 والد کودک مبتلا به اختلال اتیسم</span> <span lang="FA">(22 مادر و 22 پدر)</span><span lang="AR-SA"> با 44 والد کودک عادی </span><span lang="FA">(22 مادر و 22 پدر)</span><span lang="AR-SA"> مورد مقایسه قرار گرفتند. هر دو گروه با مقیاس رضایت زناشویی هودسن (1992) و مقیاس مهارت های ارتباطی کوئین دام</span> <span lang="AR-SA">(2004) ارزیابی شدند. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل یافته ها از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس و تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیری و برای بررسی پیش فرض‌ها از آزمون شاپیرو</span>_<span lang="AR-SA"> ویلک و آزمون لون استفاده شد. </span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">یافته‌ها: </span></b><span lang="AR-SA">نتایج نشان داد، رضایت زناشویی و مهارت های ارتباطی والدین دارای کودک مبتلا به اتیسم با والدین کودک عادی تفاوت معناداری دارد. </span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">نتیجه گیری: </span></b><span lang="FA">تنیدگی فرزندپروری کودکان دارای اختلال اتیسم با کاهش رضایت زناشویی و تضعیف مهارت های ارتباطی والدین این کودکان همراه است. لذا ارتقای رضایت زناشویی و مهارت های ارتباطی والدین دارای کودک مبتلا به اتیسم باید در اولویت برنامه های درمانی قرار گیرد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><b>Background and Aim: </b>Families raising a child with autism spectrum disorder encounter distinct demands, including substantial caregiving responsibilities, considerable treatment-related expenses, and heightened levels of parental tension and stress. Because these factors can shape parents&rsquo; marital satisfaction and communication skills, and given the limited empirical attention to this issue, the present study aimed to compare marital satisfaction and communication skills in parents of children with autism and parents of typically developing children.<br> <b>Research Method: </b>This study used a causal-comparative design. The statistical population comprised parents of children diagnosed with autism who were receiving services at the Sina Autism Center in Qazvin. Using convenience sampling, 44 parents of children with autism (22 mothers and 22 fathers) were compared with 44 parents of typically developing children (22 mothers and 22 fathers). Participants completed the Hudson&#39; Marital Satisfaction Scale (1992) and the Queendom Communication Skills Scale (2004). Data analysis included covariance analysis and multivariate covariance analysis, and Shapiro-Wilk and Levene&rsquo;s tests were used to evaluate statistical assumptions.<br> <b>Results:</b> The findings showed significant differences in marital satisfaction and communication skills between parents of children with autism and parents of typically developing children.<br> <b>Discussion:</b> The stresses associated with raising a child with autism correspond with lower marital satisfaction and diminished parental communication skills.
