fa مقایسه استرس والدگری و رضایت زناشویی در مادران کودکان مبتلابه طیف اتیسم و مادران کودکان سالم عمومى General پژوهشي Research چکیده مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر به بررسی و مقایسه استرس والدگری و رضایت زناشویی در مادران کودکان مبتلابه اختلال طیف اتیسم و مادران کودکان سالم پرداخت. روش پژوهش: جامعه‌ی آماری این پژوهش شامل تمامی مادران کودکان سالم و مادران کودکان مبتلا به اختلال طیف اتیسم بودند که در زمان اجرای تحقیق به مراکز سازمان‌دهی، درمان و توان‌بخشی اختلالات اتیستیک مناطق 5 و6 شهر تهران مراجعه کردند. تعداد اعضای نمونه شامل50 نفر از مادران کودکان سالم و50 نفر از مادران دارای فرزند مبتلابه اختلال طیف اتیسم بودند که به مراکز انتخاب‌شده در مناطق 5 و 6 شهر تهران مراجعه کردند و در پژوهش شرکت نمودند. در این پژوهش از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس استفاده شد و حجم نمونه براساس پیشینه پژوهش‌های مشابه تعیین شد. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه‌ی استرس والدگری بری جونز(1995) و پرسشنامه‌ی رضایت زناشویی افروز(1387) بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از مدل‌های آماری T دو گروه مستقل و تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که بین استرس والدگری و رضایت زناشویی مادران دارای فرزند مبتلابه اختلال طیف اتیسم و مادران کودکان عادی تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد. مادران کودک طیف اتیسم استرس والدگری بالاتر و رضایت زناشویی پایین‌تری نسبت به مادران کودکان سالم داشتند. بحث و نتیجه گیری: نتایج پژوهش نشان داده بین مادران کودکان طیف اتیسم و مادران کودکان سالم ازنظر استرس والدگری و رضایت‌مندی زوجیت تفاوت معنادار وجود دارد و مادران کودکان طیف اتیسم نسبت به مادران کودکان عادی در زندگی از رضایت‌مندی زوجیت پایین‌تری برخوردار هستند. <br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Introduction: The present study examined and compared parenting stress and marital satisfaction in mothers of children with autism spectrum disorder and mothers of healthy children.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Methods: The statistical population of this study included all mothers of healthy children and mothers of children with autism spectrum disorder who referred to the centers for organizing, treating and rehabilitating autistic disorders in Districts 5 and 6 of Tehran Province. The sample members included 50 mothers of healthy children and 50 mothers with autism spectrum disorder children who referred to selected centers in districts 5 and 6 of Tehran and participated in this study. The available sampling method was used in the study and the sample size was determined based on the background of similar studies. The research instruments included Barry Jones Parenting Stress Questionnaire (1995) and Afrooz Marital Satisfaction Questionnaire (2008).</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Results: After collecting data, the data were analyzed using statistical models of two independent groups and multivariate analysis of variance. The results showed that there was a significant difference between parenting stress and marital satisfaction of mothers whom children suffered from autism spectrum disorder and mothers of normal children.
