fa مقایسه استرس والدگری و راهبردهای مقابله‌ای در مادران کودکان مبتلابه طیف اتیسم و مادران کودکان سالم عمومى General پژوهشي Research چکیده مقدمه:پژوهش حاضر به بررسی و مقایسه استرس والدگری و راهبردهای مقابله‌ای در مادران کودکان مبتلابه اختلال طیف اتیسم و مادران کودکان سالم پرداخت. روش پژوهش: طرح مطالعه حاضر همبستگی و از نوع علی و مقایسه ای است. جامعه‌ی آماری این پژوهش شامل تمامی مادران کودکان سالم و مادران کودکان مبتلابه اختلال طیف اتیسم بودند که در زمان اجرای تحقیق به مراکز سازمان‌دهی، درمان و توان‌بخشی اختلالات اتیستیک مناطق 5 و 6 شهر تهران مراجعه کردند به روش دردسترس انتخاب کردیم. جحم نمونه توسط پیشینه پژوهش محاسبه شد. تعداد اعضای نمونه شامل50 نفر از مادران کودکان سالم و50 نفر از مادران دارای فرزند مبتلابه اختلال طیف اتیسم بودند که به مراکز انتخاب‌شده در مناطق 5 و 6 شهر تهران مراجعه کردند و در پژوهش شرکت نمودند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه‌ی استرس والد گری بری جونز(1995) و پرسشنامه‌ی راهبردهای مقابله با استرس لازاروسو فولکمن(1985)بود. پس از جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، داده‌ها با استفاده از مقایسه میانگین‌های مستقل T دو گروه مستقل و تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته‌ها: با توجه به میانگین‌های به‌دست‌آمده، راهبرد مقابله‌ای مسئله مدار مادران کودکان سالم به‌طور معنادار بیشتر از راهبرد مقابله‌ای مسئله مدار مادران دارای کودکان مبتلابه طیف اتیسم است. همچنین راهبرد مقابله‌ای هیجان مدار مادران کودکان سالم به‌طور معناداری کمتر از راهبرد مقابله‌ای هیجان مدار مادران کودکان مبتلابه طیف اتیسم است. بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج پژوهش نشان داده بین مادران کودکان طیف اتیسم و مادران کودکان سالم ازنظر استرس والدگری و راهبردهای مقابله‌ای تفاوت معنادار وجود دارد و مادران کودکان طیف اتیسم نسبت به مادران کودکان عادی بیشتر از راهبردهای مقابله‌ای هیجان مدار و کمتر از راهبردهای مقابله‌ای مسئله مدار استفاده می‌کنند. بنابراین هردو فرضیه‌ی پژوهش حاضر تائید شدند. Abstract Introduction: The present study examined and compared parenting stress and coping strategies of mothers of children with autism spectrum disorder and mothers of healthy children. Research Methods: The statistical population of this study included all mothers of healthy children and mothers of children with autism spectrum disorder who referred to the centers for organizing, treating and rehabilitating autistic disorders in districts 5 and 6 of Tehran. Sample size was calculated by research background. The sample size included 50 mothers of healthy children and 50 mothers of children with autism spectrum disorder who referred to selected centers in districts 5 and 6 of Tehran Province who were participated in the study. Research instruments included the Gary Barry Jones (1995) Parental Stress Questionnaire and the Lazarus-Folkman (1985) Stress Coping Strategies Questionnaire. After the data had been collected, the data were analyzed by Multivariate Analysis of Variance and comparing the independent means of T between two independent groups. Results: According to the obtained means, the problem-oriented coping strategy of mothers of healthy children was significantly more than the problem-oriented coping strategy of mothers of children with autism spectrum disorders. Also, the emotion-coping strategy of mothers of healthy children was significantly less than the emotion-coping strategy of mothers of children with autism spectrum disorders. Discussion: The results showed that there was a significant difference between mothers of children with autism spectrum disorder and mothers of healthy children in terms of parenting stress and coping strategies usage.
