fa اثربخشی بازی درمانی کودک محور بر نظریه ذهن کودکان طیف اوتیسم تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی اثربخشی بازی‌درمانی کودک محور بر نظریه ذهن کودکان طیف اوتیسم انجام شد.<br> روش ژوهش: از روش شبه تجربی با پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون تک گروهی استفاده شد. جامعه آماری شامل تعدادی از کودکان 7 تا 9 ساله مبتلابه اختلال طیف اوتیسم شهر سمنان در سال تحصیلی 1401 -1400 بودند؛ پس از انتخاب مدرسه موردنظر به صورت هدفمند ، 13 نفر از دانش آموزان که دارای ملاک پژوهش بودند به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. پیش از انجام مداخله و پس‌ازآن، از دانش&shy;آموزان آزمون گرفته شد تا میزان اثربخشی بازی‌درمانی موردبررسی قرار گیرد. جلسات بازی‌درمانی به مدت 8 جلسه یک ساعته در طول چهار هفته برگزار شد. از مقیاس نمره‌گذاری اختلال اوتیسم گارز برای اطمینان از تشخیص روانپزشک در کودکان اوتیسم و برای سنجش نظریه ذهن آزمون نظریه ذهن فرم 38 سؤالی استفاده شد. همچنین در این پژوهش نمره هوش این کودکان بررسی شد. دامنه نمره هوشبهر کلی در آزمون هوش وکسلر چهار تجدیدنظر شده از 89 تا 101 بود که میانگین و انحراف استاندارد هوشبهر کلی آنان 77/3 &plusmn; 54/95 بود. داده های این پژوهش با استفاده آزمون تی جفت شده و به‌کارگیری نرم‌افزار SPSS مورد تحلیل قرارگرفته است.<br> یافته‌های پژوهش: یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که کودکان طیف اوتیسم در هر سه مؤلفه یا هر سه سطح نظریه ذهن در پس‌آزمون نسبت به پیش‌آزمون پیشرفت معناداری داشته اند (01/0p<).<br> نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده فرضیه پژوهش مبنی بر آنکه &laquo;بازی‌درمانی کودک محور بر نظریه ذهن کودکان مبتلا به اختلال طیف اوتیسم اثر معناداری دارد&raquo; تائید شدو می‌توان تأثیر یک عامل تربیتی (غیر از عامل سرشتی) بر رشد نظریه ذهن را تائید کرد و از بازی درمانی کودک محور به عنوان یکی از روش های بهبود نظریه ذهن کودکان اوتیسم سود برد.<br> &nbsp;<br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:black"><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:"2 Nazanin""></span></span></span></span></span></span></span> Introduction: The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effectiveness of child-centered play therapy on the theory of mind of children with autism spectrum. Juhesh method: quasi-experimental method was used with single group pre-test and post-test. The statistical population included a number of 7 to 9-year-old children with autism spectrum disorder in Semnan city in the academic year of 1401-1401; After selecting the desired school in a targeted manner, 13 students who met the research criteria were selected as a sample. Before and after the intervention, the students were tested to evaluate the effectiveness of play therapy. Play therapy sessions were held for 8 one-hour sessions during four weeks. Garez&#39;s autism disorder scoring scale was used to ensure the psychiatrist&#39;s diagnosis in autistic children and to measure the theory of mind, the 38-question form of the theory of mind test was used. Also, in this research, the intelligence score of these children was investigated. The range of the general intelligence score in the four revised Wechsler intelligence test was from 89 to 101, and the mean and standard deviation of their general intelligence was 95.54 &plusmn; 3.77. The data of this research has been analyzed using paired t-test and using SPSS software. Research findings: The findings show that autism spectrum children have made significant progress in all three components or all three levels of theory of mind in the post-test compared to the pre-test (p<0.01).
