fa عوامل تعیین‌کننده قلدری در مدرسه، با تأکید بر تئوری شناختی- اجتماعی از رفتار اخلاقی: مدارس مقطع ابتدایی شهر تهران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی عوامل تعیین&shy; کننده قلدری در مدرسه انجام گرفت. در شناسایی این عوامل توجه بر ابعاد مختلف رشد اخلاقی بود. جامعه آماری این تحقیق تمامی دانش&shy; آموزان دختر و پسر مقطع ابتدایی در شهر تهران است که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی نظام‌مند تعداد 300 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شد. پایایی پرسشنامه پژوهش حاضر برای متغیر وابسته (قلدری) با محاسبه آلفای کرونباخ برابر با 89/0 و آلفای کرونباخ برای متغیرهای مستقل (شامل گسست اخلاقی و هویت اخلاقی) به ترتیب برابر با 86/0 و 92/0 محاسبه شد. برای شناسایی عوامل تعیین&shy; کننده قلدری از روش رگرسیون چندمتغیره استفاده شد. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده از روش رگرسیون چندمتغیره نشان داد که کلیه مؤلفه &shy;های گسست اخلاقی و هویت اخلاقی پیش &shy;بینی&shy; کننده&shy; های مناسبی برای قلدری بودند. به این صورت که با افزایش میزان گسست اخلاقی، قلدری افزایش می&shy;یابد، و با افزایش هویت اخلاقی، قلدری کاهش می&shy;یابد. بنابراین می&shy;توان نتیجه گرفت که با تقویت هویت اخلاقی و کاهش استفاده از مکانیزم &shy;های گسست اخلاقی در دانش &shy;آموزان میزان قلدری آنها را کاهش داد.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the determinants of bullying in school. In identifying these factors, attention was paid to different aspects of moral development. The statistical population of this research is all male and female elementary school students in Tehran city, 300 people were selected as a sample using systematic random sampling. The reliability of the current research questionnaire for the dependent variable (bullying) was calculated by calculating Cronbach&#39;s alpha equal to 0.89 and Cronbach&#39;s alpha for independent variables (including moral disconnection and moral identity) equal to 0.86 and 0.92, respectively. Multivariate regression method was used to identify the determinants of bullying. The results obtained from the multivariate regression method showed that all the components of moral discontinuity and moral identity were suitable predictors for bullying. In this way, with the increase in the amount of moral discontinuity, bullying increases, and with the increase in moral identity, bullying decreases. Therefore, it can be concluded that by strengthening the moral identity and reducing the use of moral discontinuity mechanisms in students, the amount of bullying was reduced.</span><b><span lang="FA" dir="RTL" style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"></span></b></span></span></span></div> قلدری, رشد اخلاقی, هویت اخلاقی, گسست اخلاق.
