Abstract
Introduction: Social capital as a new management phenomenon can be implemented through knowledge sharing, facilitating access to information and vital resources in order to improve performance, organizational learning and appropriate use of environmental opportunities.
Research Method: The method of the present study was correlation and the statistical population of this study included all managers of preschool centers in Tehran in the 2016-2017 academic year. In order to estimate the sample size, the proposed formula of Tabachinik and Fidel was estimated to be 104 people and random sampling method was used. Research instruments included Onyx and Bolen (2000) Social Capital Questionnaire and Spiders's Organizational Maturity Questionnaire (2007), the validity and validity of which were confirmed. Correlation test and multiple regression were used to analyze the data.
Results: The results of data analysis of the present study show that the value of the correlation between the two variables of social capital and organizational maturity is equal to 0.778. And the results of multiple regression analysis showed that the prediction of organizational growth based on the social capital of managers in preschool centers is predictable . And the results of the second hypothesis show that organizational growth, based on the components of social capital . (Participation in the local community, social agency, sense of security and trust, interaction with neighbors, interactions with family and friends, tolerance of diversity, value of life and job interactions) has a predictive power .
Discussion The results of this study show that the components of social capital are a reinforcing factor for organizational growth. Therefore, managers and supervisors as well as employees of organizations, especially educational organizations, whose components of growth, development and maturity are essential for the life and survival of the organization, It is suggested that by providing the components of social capital, they create the conditions and grounds for the growth and development of their organization.
